Uhhh no... It only got out of Pre-Alpha, and just went into Alpha. (Most people on mmowned think Alpha is just land and thats it, when actually Alpha is almost a finished product, Beta is when they think its ready for players) They aren't inviting ANYONE to Alpha other than VERY VERY VERY special people.
