Simple Ways To Improve Your Scams
As, you can see I’ve been a leech for about the past two weeks, and I want to give back to the community. My guide is written to help people who seem to lack the confidence when it comes to being social and gaining people’s trust. From what I’ve read, there seems to be a good group of people who would like to do more direct scams for accounts like Flawz’s scam, but don’t believe in themselves. The majority of this guide will be written as improvements upon Flawz’s scam, but are typically applicable to almost any sort of social engineering scam. Part of this guide will also be written towards those that want to make money rather than just accounts to play on.
Flawz’s Scam for reference: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] So, now to get to the actual improvements.
SIMPLE STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SCAM
TIP#1 Prepaid Cell Phone
First off, everyone seems afraid to be afraid of talking on the phone. There’s a good reason for this as it leaves you trackable. However, most people now seem to want to talk on the phone to confirm things, but most scammers seem adverse to this. The problem with this is anyone with a worthwhile account that’ll accept paypal, usually wants to confirm things through an actual conversation.
You can try to avoid this part by saying you can’t talk on the phone right now due to being at a café, in public somewhere, or someone else is using the phone. The problem with this is it leaves you vulnerable to the guy being suspicious or wanting to talk at a later time. I believe there is a simple solution to this.
Prepaid Cell Phones.
The advantage to these is they are not trackable and relatively cheap. This allows you to call your mark and talk to him in order to gain his trust. This will help facilitate the deal and help you gain your mark’s trust. The disadvantage to that is it costs you a bit of money to start up, but I feel it’s a worth while investment if you’re trying to make money.
TIP #2 Secure an ID
Secondly, another way to help you keep the account. As you’re trying to talk him out of his account, if you can somehow convince him to hand over the account name, first and last name, and SQA, you might be able to easily do this. Somehow convince him to scan a photo ID like school ID or drivers liscense as a part of the verification process.
For this, you need to ask doubtful and paranoid. Pretend as if you were going to spend the few hundred dollars. Tell him that you need to be sure that the last name is absolutely sure that his last name is spelled the way he claims it to be as you are planning on transferring the character once the transaction is complete. This is important because you DO need to be sure the last name is correct. Also, this will help you later on if blizzard freezes the new account and requires you to have some form of ID. Granted, this could go against you if he saves the conversation, but if you got the first account banned as in Flawz’s guide, he might be able to get blizzard to reverse it or make your ID a little less reliable. This step can really help you, but at the same time I see how it can hurt you as well.
But, the potential for this saves you a lot of time if the account gets frozen. Your alternative to this is to simply forge an ID, but a forging a federal ID is a felony and can potentially get you in a lot of actual trouble.
TIP #3 Another site to try to find their actual ID
One thing that I haven’t seen mentioned in most of the guides besides Flawz’s is some ways to confirm the last name. Another simple way to confirm a person’s last name is through Facebook.
Thanks to the fine people at facebook you can search for people by their AIM name and email address. This is quite nice since I’ve been able to confirm last names with people I’ve been scamming through this. This is good if your target is around college age since chances are they have a facebook profile.
TIP #4 General tips for improving your social engineering
Try to improve your confidence. Start talking to people casually online and begin to notice what confident people sound like. This will help you improve if you pick up on what works and doesn’t.
Also, another easy way to improve your scam is to pretty much make up an alias. This will help you work on having casual conversations during the negotiations. By coming up with who you’re going to be, a short back story like you just graduated from college and have gotten a job.
Talk about some experiences with whatever your line is or talk about why you quit WoW, but want to get back to start either raiding or pvping your old college buddies since you’re in a new town for your job. Either way, this gives you something to fall back on for small talk, or usually doing this helps you seem like a more genuine person rather than just a person wanting to buy their account.
MASTER RULE: ALWAYS TAKE YOUR TIME
Every guide emphasizes this, but it can never be restated enough.
Any sort of constructive criticism is helpful and will be appreciated. Hoped you enjoy reading this and that it might help in the future.

Thank you for these scam tips. I especially liked the fact that you talked about getting in ID from them. One little thing I'd like to mention. Blizzard can ask 2 kind of Account Retrival forms.
The first one simply asks for updated information and a photo ID. It is easy to fake since you can make a pretty simple school card and say the owner is under 18.
The second one is a notary, which is impossible to fake. When I say impossible, I mean if you try it you will get serious trouble : Don't fake it. This is where it could be handy to ask him for a notary ID.
I will put up a link of your guide in mine once I release my scam 2.0, so people may look into these tips.
actually they only send out one letter when ur account is under investigation unless i have gotten the same one the past 10 times. here is a link to the letter the send you[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

You have indeed just been lucky. Sometimes, they will ask for a notary as well.
You were lucky to not be asked for a notary all those times. Be happy that you weren't. Even though the one without a notary is a lot more common, you're still pretty damn lucky.
