you get banned for economic exploitation and in no way you can talk out of this...lot of gold sellers and buyers do get banned and there is no way you can prove your innocence for it...

Why should they ban you for buying an item from the ah ? He puts it up for a price, you buy it for that price. Kinda common dont you think ?

Even if you get banned it wouldnt be for more then 24hours or something.

nah iam not had 3day suspension myself for using AH to buy gold 6 months ago...so iam talking from personal experience....

face to face gold trade seems safest...

so yea basically depends if you already had suspension you can expect perma banned one reason why i will stay away from this one! (atleast on my main)
