Ok, first off this is my first scam i've written, thought it up today while i was using the regular gbank scam and it worked like a charm.
First find a target guild, find who the GM of the target guild is, or any officer/co-gm. Usually the top 2-3 guilds on the server wont fall for this so i would pick a guild that still has good progression but not the top. Whisper the GM/officer/co-gm and tell him you are interested in buying his account, this is where persuasive skills are NEEDED, i usually talk to them for a while in game then ask if they can talk out of game for "safety reasons" so talking on aim we agree on a price, yes it is that easy, at least it was for me, i offer usually 800$ and they jump on it right away. So i pay them, i get his info, usually the higher guilds have around 200k+ in their gbank and officers can most of the time withdraw all of it. then once you have cleaned out their gbank (usually best to do it when gm or another officer/co-gm is offline) recall your payment from paypal saying that you never recieved the account.
THIS DOES WORK, I HAVE DONE IT 4 TIMES NOW MAKING OVER 900$ FROM SELLING THE GOLD I GET.

Maybe to make it easier on the eyes, break it up into sections, and include a bit more details, like linkz to paypal, (for the noobs). Then a way to look up the guild and the officers, like wowarmory or something.
Also include some example of ways to persuade them.

Most guild leaders of large, successful guilds don't want to trade/sell their account, and guild leaders of small, unsuccessful guilds most likely don't even have that much gold on them or in the guild bank.
But this is still a good idea.
