Alright, I have gotten 2 accounts with this so far. Note that you (probably, unless they are truly stupid or you sent a mail to one of their alts) won't be able to get a really good 70 with this but it is a great gold scam/scamaccount scam nonetheless. The good part is that it requires little effort other than sending a lot of mails. The bad part is your success rate won't be too high but you can just mail hundreds of people. I would stray from doing it on your main account though.
The fish:
Make a new char with a name like 'powerleveladmin' or something in that trend. Send some silver(for the mails) to it and run to the closest mailbox to pick it up. Now, press o, go to who and type in '10-xx(set it to the level value you want) class'(replace class with any given class, reason for it is because you'll want to send as many mails as possible without mailing the same person twice).
The bait:
Send a mail to everyone you find with this message(edit it to to your wishes though).

For a total of $xxx(put something realistic here). You, however, have not given us all account details yet, We have been unable to reach you via your registered email address. Please reply to this message with your new email, accountname and password for further instructions.

The reel
Sometimes you will get a reply, usually you won't but it's still worth it in the end. Just hop on their chars, get their gold or account. If their email and account password are the same, even better. You could even keep it. Just never do this with your main, and always delete your cache's.
