Ok, so do you have their Account name and Password, only you are scared they are going to recall? I had a new idea to get them to change the email to yours.
WARNING!
This doesnt work on everyone.
Usually I will do this as a last resort if they are a total n000b.
ONE.
Now, first... make a fake blizzard email, most of us already have one, but if you don't make an email along the lines of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]... something similar, or just use a fake email and use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] .
TWO.
Ok, now send them a fake email saying something like this.
By the way, make the subject World of Warcraft - Account Change Notice

Greetings! [if you know their first name, put it here.]
We have received notice that multiple IP addresses have been playing on your World of Warcraft Account. In rare cases like these,
to ensure the safety of your account we would like to perform an investigation. Please change your password right now.
We will be sending another e-mail notification momentarily. We will be changing your email to a secure Blizzard e-mail so that
no password recoveries will be able to be made during our investigation. The e-mail will be to confirm our email change.
Please accept it, without your cooperation the security of your account could be compromised. Not cooperating could also result in a ban.
Thank you for your time.

Now right after you send that, log onto their account management, and request an email change to your fake blizzard email. Right afterwards, log onto a scammed Warcraft account. Find their server, and make a character named Notification, or Notifier. This step is not required, but for people that never check their email, this is helpful. Now send them mail, and say this.

Now, it is your choice, you can either delete this character and the mail will be from "Unknown" or you can keep it Notification, or Notifier if you believe that is more legit.
Now you wait... around 60% of the people I try this on accept the email change. The more information about them you know, the better it is because you can offload their character if you have a new CD-key and their name.

actually i tried this and its real effective except for I claimed that the email they were using has been known to host accounts which have been banned for hacking. I then tell them that they will accept the email change so we can verify that it isnt them that was hacking. I also tell them that e will then change it to an email that they specify.
