Reputation: 1 | | | Possible guild bank workaround, save banned gold. This post is simply a suggestion on a safe way to launder gold.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So you've just scammed a large amount of gold on your scamming account.
You feel this account will soon be banned.
What do you do?
Well, sending the gold to your main account may be a little risky, seeing as blizz can track where your sending this scammed gold.
But what if you simply deposit all of it into a guild bank?
There's nothing blizz can do.
EDIT- (Keeping in mind that you've already establish your own small guild, where you have complete control over the guild bank. I do this with all of my bank alts, it makes things much easier when you have more than one bank alt.)

The other thing is, blizz GMs have stated in the pass that they absolutely will not deal with guild bank matters, such as stealing.
Once the gold hits the gbank, it essentially belongs to the whole guild in a sense. |

The guild master just wasnt smart enough to know that he should limit what people can take. |

As he said;"blizz GMs have stated in the pass that they absolutely will not deal with guild bank matters, such as stealing." So if you deposit your scammed gold they won't do anything, but if you steal from a Gbank they might do something like you said |

Reputation: 1 | | | Well, its seems GMs will take action against the theft of loot/gold from a guild bank.
But, the real questions is, will a GM remove duped / stolen gold from a guild's bank? | |
