B.NET question

I didn't see this anywhere (I did search)
This really isn't scamming, but preventing me from being scammed.
I'm looking to buy an account that is B.NET merged
Obviously it's going to have a different last name and I plan on xfering the characters to my main account.
My main account is B.NET merged too.
How do I go about changing the name of the bought B.NET account so I can xfer the characters to my B.NET account?

At first I thought:
Make a new account with wotlk
Use same last name
Xfer characters
Merge with my B.NET
Wait until I can Xfer again to my account

but blizzard is implementing the new system where all accounts are going to be B.NET accounts. Another problem is that I am paying twice to get them to my main account + CD key fees.

I remember a web form from Blizzard that allowed you to send in ID's to change the account over to a minor that is now of age. I wonder if that still applies?

i suggest you just buy the account, and pay for gamecards on both if you happen to get bored of one of the accounts you just don't put gamecards on it anymore perhaps sell it, borrow it to a friend or something.
