Dont expect blizzard to do shit even if it wasnt you.
I've had 2 of my accounts banned by the same guy because they were on the same Bnet account.
I showed the dumbasses at Blizzard hard proof that i was hacked, and they still wont give me my accounts back.
I showed then a SS of the virus scan showing a keylogger, not to mention that all of my mains items were sold, and all the gold was sent to another account.
As well as at least 7 password changes in less than a week, along with different IPs logging into my account.
But no, of course i wasnt hacked, i did this all to myself ,didnt i Blizz?

i also need to unban my account it was really hacked so it shouldnt be hard.
is it better sending emails or phoning 'blizzard phone is always busy'?
Call them, it's awesome, got a 3-day ban for telling kids to shut the f**k up in Naxxramas (Spamming general) called them and told them the kids were disturbing my concentration while raiding and I couldn't do the instance while they were spamming the chat.
Also I couldn't see what the raidleader wrote.
They unbanned me 10mins after, after all I had a raid to lead ;P But calling is 5000times better than Emailing.
OT call Blizzard and tell/ask them whatever you want to get out. (Why did you banned me, what is economy exploiting, I didn't do a shit) etc.
Heres some advise: Do not call them.
It practicly never works. It's either busy or down, and you get put on hold forever. When my main account got ban I used the email service.
It asked for my account name and password (or what used to be the password). Thats fine. Then asked for the answer to the secret question, I put two answers as I couldn't remember the answer. "X or Y". CD Key, or thats fine I just grabbed my WoW box, email address.. I could not remember this at all I said it could be several, and gave a few. Then it said for additional comments, I said after 4 years of playing WoW it's kind of hard to remember some of these details. 3 weeks later (no reply previously apart from confirmation they got the email) I got the account returned and almost nothing had changed.

First step, send in an e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . They take care of all the account related stuff, recovery, ban appeal ect.. They will review your case, if you really didn't do shit, you have good chances of getting it unbanned, give em a few days when you sent an e-mail it goes to the end of their queue and god knows they get a fair amount of e-mail ( In their defense, they do a good job and they even work weekends!!!)
If they fail to restore your account, you need to try to retrieve it the hard way, and that is by calling the customer support line. The first sucker that you are gonna talk to can't do shit, all hes allowed to do is play with an account billing information. You need to get to speak to his manager, this is the man who can un-ban you, now grab your patience because they don't care about and they don't want to help you. They will tell you to contact the wowaccadmin ( but you allready did that right??). So just be persistent, be firm and call a lots, they will give in to you after some time.
