I have UN and Secret Question Answer. Owner hasn't been on in ages. Anyway to get it back? One setback, Its got an authenticator. Any way to get it taken off. Have name too.

Can't you simply call blizz and tell them that your phone is broke or whatnot so that you can't use the authenticator, but you have all the other information in order to prove the account is yours?
Social engineering is the key.

To make the account even remotely yours, youd need e-mail access to the account e-mail. If there is an authenticator in the account, there is nothing you can do really.

Nothing you do do, sadly... If you are to recall the account you HAVE to have E-Mail, as well as First & last name.

You can't tell Blizzard that the account's mobile authenticator device thingy majig is broken...
