well i just logged on my hotmail today and got a message from paypal, then i logged on and got this message: Code: Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Aug. 15, 2009: We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern.
then i clicked on a link getting me to a page showing me this Code:  Aug. 15, 2009 Change password Information Submitted Complete Aug. 15, 2009 Update security questions Information Submitted Complete Aug. 15, 2009 Confirm Location Waiting for your response Resolve
well is there any way i can get my fake verified paypal working again, or can i still spend the money on it ? |

Reputation: 95 Level up: 62%, 268 Points needed | | | | When my legit paypal was limited i phoned up and i had to send my id and a bank statement to proove i was the owner of the paypal account (bank statement was so the address on my paypal matched my home address) , so basically your ****ed mate. Unless you have made the paypal in your name which i doubt since you said it was fake. And you cant send, recieve or request payments. |

Not sure if netspend still works, you best off buying a vcc, there cheap and reliable. |

Faking those documents is not hard whatsoever.
Use Kaizou to fake the Netspend Bank Statement.
Go scan a bill and PS the address and shit out of it.
And a fake ID is beyond easy to create
I've done it twice, both times it's worked

The verfication isnt really for watching if you account is legit. The only reason why they do that is to time to flay to get more interest. In the time where you need, to sent them the information which they like.
You should try itīs better then to loose the money. |
