So I got this guys paypal account and sent money to my real paypal account (Note-- I used the other guys paypal account through a proxy while I used my paypal with my own IP).
I sent the money to my paypal account and I wanted to donate to this site for an item. As soon as I tried to send the payment and login with the payment, It said my account access is limited. So i looked and this is what it was for. I didnt get to send the payment.

7 Jul. 2009: Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected.
My paypal account is paypal Unverified. What can I do to get the money and get rid of the limited access? Will anything happen if I verify the account?
NOTE:
My paypal account still has the money in it.
It is a Australian paypal account that has a limit of 4,200 dollars but it's unverified

The reason that u got limited is because you were trying to send money without a verified account. As of recently they will always limit you if u try to send money. Depending on what they want u to do, and if you want to use real info, there are two ways to solve this.
Either u add your bank or CC, or what ever they want, note that these are in your name and are legit/real.
Or if u wanna do it without using your personal bank or CC, sign up for a netspend account, info is here:

Then one u can verify yourself, you will be free to send and do what ever with the money.
But the only thing is, that guy might recall the payment, being as the IP addresses dont match, that is, the IP that was used to send the payment (your proxy), and his regular home IP.

I mean you guys really think PayPal really can't see through a proxy? Be smart and use either a VPN or a neighboors unsecured network.
If you log into the paypals with the same ip which you did and send money to your account it will limit it.
Also you can't send money with a US unverified account. Get a VCC, netspend is bad, try not to use it, but if you wanna be cheap i guess it's your only option.
Btw, you cant verify the Aussie paypal with the netspend method, wont work. You need to call them and see if u can create a US account, say that u moved or something.
