I'm figuring he's looking for a program which allows you to add multiple email addresses and send all of them the same email.
These tools are available but require you to pay for the software. You should look on torrent sites like piratebay or mininova and use keywords like bulk mail / mass mail / spam mail / mail program and the likes. ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] )
The problem is, even though you find a suiteable / cracked mass mailer you still need an SMTP server which will be sending all the emails. I advise you to look for a free SMTP server (although I have yet to find one) and don't create your own. The more spam reports you get the quicker your ISP will cut off your internet.
Also, if you find a paid one, don't expect them to condone what you do. I've experienced it with several and they will give you a notice to stop using the SMTP server for those purposes or the contract will end.
