i merge an account with my first and last name(On the bnet acc) to a bnet account, then xfer it over to my account and changing the toons name.
Will i get banneD? |

"I merged a scammed account onto an battle.net account, the battle.net account has my name and last name on it and I transfered it to my main account by also changing the character's name"
But no you will not be banned.

I find a lvl 80 alliance priest US. I merge with a battle.net account with my name and last name.
I then xfer over to my MAIN account that has same first and last. |

But, I have a hard time believing that Blizzard will not restore the 80 priest to the original owner - especially if they are able to provide all the pertinent information like CD key, secret question, phone # etc. |

If not, then it's probably just some dumb kid that deserved to be scammed. | |
