for some reason neither atomic email hunter nor advanced email extractor are capable of scanning these forums, does anyone know of another way to do this? besides manually ofc.

Because Php forums infect your atomic e-mail hunter with a virus that makes it lazy, and there for it doesn't want to check everything and it just gives up.
