keeping a character
So basically i just scammed an account, merged it with a battle.net acc that has the same last name as my legit account. If i transfer the character and I dont know the SQA but i Know the cd keys, and ban the orignal account. Will my legit account get banned by blizzard?

When you merge the account with your battle.net account it becomes the SQA of your battle.net account. On topic, Transfering and banning is your best chance. Or you could always use an authenticator.

But what if he decides to recall the account and says that he didnt do the banning and blizz checked the IP logs?

it is possible that it could get taken back. But still, its ur best shot. But still, i dont think it will, as long as he isn't meticulous.

It will risk your main account yes but there is a high possibility you will get away with this.

This is true, you're just risking your MAIN account and if you get caught say bye to your main... I wouldn't do it tbh, just sell the account fast get some nice cash.

you can't xfer. The WoW account has to have the same last name, not the bnet account.
