You should probably use like offgamers, or forsaken-farmers

Good guy and they are completely legit

But have they got 70-80 free PLing?

Free? Legit sites are never free. NEVER let them rent ur account in exchange for PL..It is always a scam. Nothing legit is every free, except for water..

They say they do it free because they get gold from mining (they will lvl it ) and quests/items. IDK.

Well i always use these guys for Selling gold to so i see no reason why there not trusted but ive heard they use bots then you get banned a week later.

No, it's not really a lie. I let a company level my Orc Hunter from 60 - 70.
They do this because they farm so they level your character at the same time.
I don't remember what company did this for me, but I know some companies
still exist that are legit and do that.

They don't steal accounts, that requires SQA and E-mail. They could get it banned though.
