So, if i sell a scammed account and get 120$ if i send that money to a fake paypal and then transfer the money to a legit paypal, will this work or will paypal still be able to keep the money if the site disputes it?

That, and if they recall the money, it will get traced to your account (the legit one). I had tried it once before and they took the money out of my legit one later on, so I don't think it works.
