so im thinking about scaming gold sellers. I have $100 on my verified paypal account, so if i went to a gold selling website bough around 5k gold received the gold then did a unauthorised payment chargeback over and over again (on different gold sellers of course) until I had about 35k gold would that work?

They report you to blizz and you get some variety of a ban from 3 days to perma ban depending on your accounts history. |

And yes I spoke with pay pal regarding a very similar issue and there is nothing the gold farmers or anyone that sells intangible items can do about it. |
