Write down a signature yourself IRL - and use a scanner to get the picture of it into your computer, then use a markee tool to tag the signature, and put it onto the ID.

Go to create signature using our wizard, using the signature creation wizard, enter your text, find a font that looks good, find a size, make sure you choose black as the color :P, then select a slope of around 4 or so.
Once you're done copy the signature into photoshop and tweak it a bit. Sharpen, maybe stroke the text..do what you think makes it look good.
