[Help] Getting Account Unbanned

I need help getting my account back from Blizzard. I sold it to someone 9 months ago because I stopped playing. I recently started playing again, and was curious to see how my old character was doing, so I looked him up and he wasn't there. So I changed the email, and got to account back and when I went to log in to the account I got the banned screen. I just sent an email to Blizzard asking them why I got banned. When they reply I need to know whats the best way trying to get my account unbanned. If anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated.

depends on what you got banned for, but i'll tell you what i did
so my friend gives me this acct he bought and doesn't play anymore because it was banned
so heres what i did

Me: Dear blizzard, i quit WoW a few months ago because of school. I know feel like i can balance WoW and school, so i logged into account mngment and it said i was banned! why?
Blizzard: Account Sharing
Me: No one ever knew my password except my mom, is it possible that i was keylogged? i very much wish to play again, and i never did anything bad on my account, i was never even banned.
Blizzard: blah blah blah account security blah blah ban policy blah blah
Me: Yes i understand all of this, can't you like compare IPs or something? the only way somone could of got my password is i logged on at my friends house one, he could of keylogged me

1 week later my acct was back
