Reputation: 24 | | | So is there any way FOR SURE to keep a scammed account? I've scammed hundreds of accounts, most I just play for 1 week and then I get bored of them. But I need to scam one to keep it forever, and I need to know... Is there any way to scam an account and keep a character in it forever with 100% no chance of it getting banned or retrieved? I'm willing to transfer it to a new account, pay whatever it needs etc...

Check out some of the guides in the scam section. What's important is that you have info like name and CD-key. |

Should I try the "transfer scam char, ban original acc" method? I heard it doesn't work anymore |

Scam an account (do it on Friday, much time to do everything(I think You know it, though)) 1.1. You should have all information, at least e-mail control and last name. 2. Buy/get CD-keys and make an account with the same last name as the scammed account. 3. Transfer the character/characters to Your new account. 4. Ban the old account. 5. Profit and don't worry - be happy now.

There is no 100%-sure way to completely keep a scammed account. |

I've had the username & password for an account for several months now but I've never bothered even using it because I know I can't keep it. Not sure what to do with it. |

Reputation: 124 Level up: 55%, 225 Points needed | | | | A scammed account can ALWAYS be recalled, or end up getting banned (if they keep trying to recall it and you both send in an ID). Even if you get it banned yourself after transferring, the person can tell Blizzard they were hacked and get it unbanned after the investigation. Then retrieve their character after a few weeks of waiting, and probably get your second account banned.
The only scammed account you can keep is one that the person dosn't have proof he's the original owner of. And even then, the real Original Owner could decide he wants it back and get it from you later. So its never 100%.
(For example, I just recalled an account I sold 2 years ago :P)
Not to say you won't end up keeping some. But the vast majority will fight to the bitter end to get a decent account back. And you will end up getting into an "Original owner" fight and get it banned if you send in a fake ID and they can't tell who's who.
Scammed accounts are only for the purpose of making money off of(Account renter's, selling them, w/e), or using for short term scamming/exploiting reasons. IMO at least. | | |
