What went wrong?

I was helping someone scam a Chinese scammer for around 200 dollars he had TOR and all that up while scamming he also have a Canadian paypal and sent himself a fake email as proof so paypal thinks the Chinese tried to scam him.but when he got the money his paypal got limited what happended? EDIT:the guy who sent him the money didn't recall it at the time of the limiting EDIT:I didn't scam the money someone asked me for help and in the end we both got confused on why he got limited

When scamming for $$$ its never going to work 100% of the time. Some people know paypal's system very well.

Sounds to me like this guy had "evidence" that the money should be recalled. My advice would be to stick to it and don't let this minor setback hold ya back

I second that. Its very hard to scam for ACTUAL CASH. And (Obviously) Is against the law. Which means you could seriously get in trouble. (People could go to court with you.)
