[Help]2 Questions Regarding Paypal

I would like to receive some further information about paypal before doing my first scam.

Question 1: How long does it take the person to recall their money after you scam them?

Question 2: If I used the scammed money I received and I purchase a WoW account very quickly before the money was recalled would the company that I bought the account from receive the money and still obtain it?

1 : Ppl are very stressed when they buy an account so it praticly take 30sec to 1 min.
2 : It depend on the status of the companie. Like, accounts.net are based in china so they will not recieve the money. Accounts.com are based in usa so maybe they will recieve it, but, they will be noticed that your account has been frozen and they payment will mostly be recalled.
