I got a VCC, put it under the canadian paypal under the same name. It's under a premeire account, but it still won't verify. I got the VCC from Vccshoppers.com as said in the post, [Method] How to Verify a paypal + pics
Please Help. I don't know what i did wrong, the cc is in there but it still says Unverified (New).

Was this account new when you added the credit card? Or was it a previously limited account that you are trying to get verified so that you can access the locked funds?
Click "View Limits" and tell me what the spending limit is.
You say this is a Canadian account, and a credit card will typically verify your account here so long as you confirm your address and what-not, which isn't hard to do with some social skills and a phone call to paypal using skype.
But simply adding a credit card on the site and that's all is normally not enough.

its completely new. I can remove the card whenever, and place it on another. But i had this whole understanding that a Canadian Paypal only needed a credit card to be verified.

Can take 2 days, and also if you havent linked it in a country where you dont have to go through the bank account procedure,or you picked the wrong account type, you may be in for a bumpy ride.
My advice, start paypal again, pick premium or middle account with high cash limit, then link up your VCC on there. If you scamming a canadian account is probably best, or any other where you have no interaction with bank's ect.

Nope, he is using a fresh canadian paypal account and just added the CC, followed 2d's guide to the letter. The fact of the matter is, a credit card alone will often not Verify a Canadian account, it can lift limits and locks, but you still need to do some things to get it actually verified. I'm not saying you need a bank, (easiest way,) but you must also confirm the address (use yellowpages.ca when making the address, and keep googlemaps on hand when you're on the phone with paypal) and show some photoshopped utility bills. E-z after experience.
