With the account username, account first name, and account last name, you can get the SQA. The SQA and last name let you change the email, which lets you change the password.
Getting the password isn't necessary. For US, the most important part of any account is its last name. The first name is also important, but it can be seen in the account management page. I'm not sure if you know his first name or not, but you will need the first AND last.

So i know the first and last name, now how do i get the sq/a?
Call Blizzard where the forms are. They don't have for nothing a help line where you can ask. Most of the time US Blizzard is flexible in answering, unlike EU that requires tons and tons of information.
