Obviously he must be mentally challenged to not comprehend the uses of "PH" and "F".

I would say don't worry about it, with as many grammatical mistakes he made, hes bluffing.

Even if he gave that whole document to the authorities him and his "hacking team" would end up with a nifty fine or jail time for cyberly harassing and hacking.

Yeah that's total bull. He's another scammer who obviously got scammed, and so he is just trying to trick you into giving him accounts, you gave him soo many. And if from what I read fom your chat is right, he doesn't have much(any?) real info on you.

He is scamming you more than you scammed him, he is hacking emails, he is "commiting more PHELONIS (LOL)" than you.

He counts "Phelani" as a one of the four Felonies? wut????? The only one that's a true Felony is Fraud, but that's half his fault for leaving CC on it.

Andrew goes to police, shows them an AIM log with his scamming and hacking too, if they dont do something to him then, and SOMEHOW it gets by, what do you think the police will do.

A) Stop what they are doing and go for the equivalent of ~$150 online cash, that he got back
OR
B) Go Catch real criminals that are in the city with guns/drugs wtc...

lol dude somthinghappend to me a few days ago that was similler, this kid who gos to my school started saying stuff about how im a fag and no1 likes me so i hacked him and made his life a LIVING F**KING HELL! Got his facebook and put messages on his friends pages about how they were sk***s and than after he deleted the facebook i brute forced his e-mail and brought it back!!! OMG IT WAS SO FUNNY! they thought it was me because i kept laughing whenever i saw him so he called the cops and a guy came to my house and got on my computer and couldn't get past my Hard Drive Encrpter and nothing happend to me lol it was sooooo funny. Now I wanna be a white hat hacker (guy who hacks a persons company for him so he can see how sucure their databas eis)

i thought it was oddly funny, because somehow the guy that got scammed had his dad right next to him(if i can remember) then somehow it turned from 1 worker to 6 workers working for him....
