I need help banning an account

so here's the deal. I got this account and he's taking it back. I wan't to permabann him, So he doesent get his hands on it agan. Help me! i need tips.

Go into Org/Undercity, stand at the entrance. Spam "SELLING GOLD ONLY X/1000G at whatever.com" (I looked up a REAL gold site and got their REAL gold prices so it looks legit) and some stuff like "HURRY GET GOLD NOW BEFORE OFFER ENDS". Use General (in Org/Undercity AND Durotar/Tirisfal) and Trade (in Org/Undercity).

Then I do /who 70, and start spamming the list with tells of the same thing. (Get ready for some funny responses!) You can get more than 49 by doing /who 70 (class) or /who 70 (zone). Chances are somebody will report you, and the more that do, the better.

My record on getting permabanned doing this is under 10 minutes.

Swear profusely in general chat about the recent patch, the follow with offering to sell your account. On top of that insist to people in whispers that they need to trade accounts with you.

Im not sure its possible to perma-ban a scammed account. Ive seen a lot of threads about it, and the vast majority of them are unsuccessful.

Even if you got an "account closure" on it immediately, the original owner could still claim he was hacked and they would be able to see the IP change and whatnot when they do the investigation.
