Help Help with scammed money
Every time I get scammed money, my Canadian paypal gets limited when I buy something. I am always under a stable proxy. I also stall the buyer when I try to buy something, so it's not because he disputed. Is there any other step and I am doing wrong?
Should I get a VCC?
Should I make the amount smaller?
Help please!

Also how much are you getting? Don't try and scam over 500$, or else PayPal will review the money payment.

I did $200. I'll just get a VCC.
