Help Paypal Keeps Limiting me! - 10-05-2008
No matter what I do right when I make a purchase my account gets limited.
I do the following:
Use Anchor free VPN (IP DOESN'T CHANGE)
Canadian Paypal with Canada White page info, unverified

I try to buy glider keys and it never works.
I have followed numerous guides and still nothing
I have scammed about $3.3k and nothing ever works for me.
I have never transferred a single cent off.

Please help me buy stuff without getting limited.

Ya the same thing was happening to me too lately I think now you need to add a VCC all the time or something.

Hehe, generally, if the OP figures out the solution, they let others know so that other people don't have to ask again.
