Reputation: 45 Level up: 33%, 339 Points needed | | | | No, you get the credit card number, its valid for 24 hours and it unlimits your paypal spending limit, it doesnt add any money, it just authenticates it for scams. |

Also to buy the VCC you have to use a credit card? |
