"Unauthorized claim" what to do now?

Now i got this Unauthorized claim he made straight after. So basicly what should i write in the dispute to win it? thanks

Edit: there's no dispute yet but i can open it . basicly it says this:

We suspect that this transaction may not have been authorized by the PayPal account holder.

Just say you helped him with WoW (consulted). How can they prove it?
I've never been charge backed cause i ain't scammed for real cash so I don't know the procedure but surely if you sound convincing about your consultation, you should hopefully win.

well if the paypal account is stolen, the real owner of it will prolly receiver an email and get the money back?

If the account is stolen, I'm not sure what'll happen.
But in that case I'm assuming they would take the side of the owner (who's paypal was hacked)

if you have his really shipping address, ship him some skittles and use the tracking number to prove that the item was already shipped in the dispute = auto win.
