Phishing email help

So I've set up a phishing site and everything, got an email ready for use, but when I send the email (tested on myself), the link in the message is not clickable. Then when I search the page source, on hotmail it says the link is unsafe, and from gmail the link just appears blue but isnt clickable.

I used the guide [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to set up the phishing website and email, and i've also tried upload on freehostia.com. Are there any hosting sites I can use that wouldn't be deemed 'unsafe' ?

Maybe I made the guide, and he isn't hiding the link right.

How should I hide the link? I used essentially the exact same email. Didn't change anything about the link, except adding in my website.
