Guild bank consequences

Putting it in the right forum this time

So I just ninja'd the 4th portion of the bank, put all the items on the AH for sale, and about half of them sold.

The character had a position in the guild as officer for a couple of weeks, it wasn't a level one who got promoted.

Wondering what's going to happen , like return of items? Ban?

If youve never be banned before and u get caught you will get 72hr ban and final warning. ive had cases where ive kept the items and some where they have been taken back. but then again blizz also said its the guilds fault if and officers takes the items out.

As long as the guild master made promotoded you so that you had access to withdraw items there is no reason for you to get banned.

^ unless they find evidence that the account was scammed and then everything stolen, then u get bant.

Happened to me too lol, but i was 72 hour suspended, if your lucky you'll keep the gold/items.

Yah I guess there was a recent policy change on this, it used to be that if you took things out and you rightfully got promoted you wouldn't get in trouble, but now they're cracking down I guess.

Some times nothing happens and sometimes i'm banned i think it's a 50-50.

I've pulled the guild scam off multiple times without getting the gold taken back, you just have to launder it through a couple alt accounts and sell it in small quantities...
