I come back to wow and I see that my char is an officer of a guild , with TONS of ****ing GG items in the guild bank.

but my question is, will the account i jack it on get banned, and if i xfer the gold off onto other accounts or chars, will it all be removed ?

If you own the account and you're the officer, you can take whatever you want with no consequences.
