So apparently i scam this chinese scammer. But now he has open a dispute against me. Anyone can advice whats the best way to win the dispute? I am a verified paypaler. |

If they dispute, you are screwed. Just leave the money and scam someone else.
Wait. What if you open up another account that you scam with, and you manage to keep the money in there long enough for him to see it, and you can say you paid him back? Would he be able to dispute again? |
