I get an account's info.
I log in. I sell his stuff I take his 8k gold I trade and mail it to myself, but try to fool chat logs by having a conversation( my account being a beggar and his being a nice guy) I proceed to post keyloggers and speed hack on his account What is the chance i get caught? And if i get caught, what kind of punishment am i looking at?

You're main account will likely have charges against it, from a small slap on the wrist to account forclosure and loss of all the money.
