Questions about an account I acquired

Hello,

I managed to acquired an account using the Eqdkp exploit. I have the email address, email password, secret answer and wow account name and password.

The account is currently has no game time on it. Last login was on march 2008 and created on july 2005.

Now for the questions:
Is there a way to check what characters are on the account without activating it or going through the list of realms manually?

Is it possible with the information I have to transfer the rights of the account to me?

How much would this account be worth and what can I trade it for?

The only way to check is going through each realm manually on the Character Transfer tab, unless the account has time on it (which yours doesn't)
The account is only worth whats on the account, I assume you've got a very nicely geared character or two if it was made july 2005.

If I were you I would sell it asap, he can still recall his account because he knows all the info as well (SQ/A/Name and all that)

But then again, you might be safe since he hasn't logged on in about 5 months or so.
Also, if he does recall the account, you can always recall it back off him, but he can do the same (I don't think there is anyway to change the SQ/A or anything) and eventually the account will get locked, and only he can unlock the account because you have to fax your ID and get a notary etc etc

Yep you can't transfer the char unless you know the original owner's real name >.<

I do know the name to the account and the address.

I also checked through all the realms for characters and found:
Several alts under lvl 30 on different servers
Lvl 70 Human Warrior (arms)
6 welfare epics 3 gladiator 2 veterans and [Ring of Ghoulish Delight] the rest are blue except 1 green (belt)
375 mining
280 Blacksmithing
Has Master Sergeant title

Lvl 70 Dwarf Pally (ret)
Gladiator healing helm
2 lvl 60 pvp epics
The rest are blues going down to lvl 58
302 mining
Obviously alt

On Icecrown PVE

Can someone that is experienced maybe point me in the right direction in what I should be doing?

no its not, but if you still have access to the OO email, then you could email urself and you could maybe get his name from it (or just sift through his emails until u find some good info)
