Today I used my phishing site and got someones info, but it seems the password is incorrect, All the SQA and account name is correct just the password.

So I was wondering is there anyway I can get into his account without calling blizzard?

I believe calling is the only way.
But, if you do call them watch out, if the phone number you give them is on one of your legit accounts, and the owner of the account you scammed recalls it, then Blizzard might place an investigation on your account. Not 100% sure though.

What should I say when I call them?

And

I'm in Australia so won't it be difficult to call them during business hours?

Not exactly sure what you should say, but it should go something like this...
You call them, he asks for your name + phone number, you reply with the name on the account, and I think your real number (Not sure, might be the number on the account) then you ask him you want your e-mail changed, he will ask you for your SQ/A answer, you give him it, he will ask what you want the email changed to, you tell him your email, then you go to worldofwarcraft.com and use the recover password feature.

I don't know if it will be difficult to call them, you will probably have to wait on the line for like 15-20 mins or so
