Okay so what's the easiest way to pay for the paid character transfer? I have $30 sitting in my legit paypal account. Should I buy a virtual credit card or what? The account is scammed obviously so it doesn't seem like a good idea to pay for it directly from my legit Paypal.

The virtual card would be your best bet.
