edit: also who cares about you neighbore /wink haha you dont neeeed a proxy if your not using you own wifi the only way you could get in lega trouble is if paypal tries to investigate and tracks the ip down to your neighbors which i really doubt will happen.
Edit again: In my opinion they will probably only track you down after maybe 5 or 6 times so maybe every other time you do it try a proxy but usually proxys leave you unsucessful. |
The thing is, i've done it already using a different paypal and i DID have $650 in it, it was unverified. After a few hours he opened a dispute and it's all gone, so all I want to do is spend it before he disputes it.
Also, shop4gaming requires a phone call which will lead to THEM knowing my information, which they could give to the bank / cc company or whoever is losing money.
shop4gaming won't lose money through this, the bank associated w/ paypal will, and they'll want their money back.
Knowing my phone number could make things pretty bad for me
