Which website does NOT require phone confirmation?

I am looking to buy gamecard codes using paypal money that's not mine (sender will chargeback shortly after I buy the stuff)

What sites do NOT require phone confirmation?



Here's my plan btw

1. Scammer sends me $650 to a fake canadian paypal created wile proxied in exchange for my WoW account
2. I don't send any account info
3. I use proxy and buy lots of gamecards, log in to paypal with a proxy + connected to neighbors WiFi
4. Scammer opens dispute, account balance is negative, account becomes limited

Please tell me what could go wrong, potential legal issues, and if it's possible to get caught assuming I took the precautions of using a proxy and neighbors WiFi

Well i just reaad the first line of your plan its completely wrong. You are limited to being sent $500 you will be SOL if he tries to send 650.... but shop4gaming.com would be your best bet..



edit: also who cares about you neighbore /wink haha you dont neeeed a proxy if your not using you own wifi the only way you could get in lega trouble is if paypal tries to investigate and tracks the ip down to your neighbors which i really doubt will happen.


Edit again: In my opinion they will probably only track you down after maybe 5 or 6 times so maybe every other time you do it try a proxy but usually proxys leave you unsucessful.

The thing is, i've done it already using a different paypal and i DID have $650 in it, it was unverified. After a few hours he opened a dispute and it's all gone, so all I want to do is spend it before he disputes it.

Also, shop4gaming requires a phone call which will lead to THEM knowing my information, which they could give to the bank / cc company or whoever is losing money.

shop4gaming won't lose money through this, the bank associated w/ paypal will, and they'll want their money back.

Knowing my phone number could make things pretty bad for me

no im prertty sure shop4gaming does not need a phone number....

also... Go ahead and try the 650 dollars i guarentee youll get limited and wont be able to buy anything =D

Idk if you're this committed to scamming or not, but you could always buy a prepaid cell. I went to WalMart and bought the GoPhone for like 19$ or something rediculous and then u can buy the crappy 5$ card for it. Go home, register the phone under a fake name (through a proxy of course) and then put that number down when u buy gold or GCs. Even if they do ever try to trace it, it's basically impossible.

Sorry if it sounds weird, but this is my way around worrying about the phone calls. This way u can use pretty much any website :P

shop4gaming doesnt require a phone call he is wrong ive used it legitely and he is completely wrong and if you try buying a untrackable prepaid cell they will ask for a land line i know ive done this before. You can tell if its a cell or land line.

Ya maybe if u use IGE or sumthin... I've done this at least 6 or 7 times bro and it works every time I promise.

if your on your neighbors wifi , dont use a proxy. paypal can identify almost all of the proxies and automatically limit the account for using a proxy
