Well that is a considerably dumb thing to do. But you could do it I wont promise you the money wont get frozen but as long as they are 2 seperate ip's you should be fine. What happens is when the money gets recalled it just puts the canadian paypal in negative balance leaving your paypal all fine and dandy. But you shouldnt take the risk of maybe them doing some investigation. So just buy some game cards and sell them on ebay =P.
