| Indeed, happened to a friend of mine. You can make a dispute with your ID saying you were Keylogged. I think, the only way to do this though is to ring up Blizzard in-person. That could just be EU though.
Another friend of mine had this done to him. This may sound stupid but how he got it back he sent in an E-Mail to Blizzard apologizing sincerely for what he had done. He also noted that he had spent so much time on the account and he just wanted a little extra money for it botting etc. He even said how his life was so depressing without the game, as it was his sole determination to play it.
In a nut-shell I have given you 2 ways to resolve this situation. This should open your chances a little. Hug up to Blizzard, make them feel good. They will probably help you out. Otherwise, with botting they have 0-tolerance. So give this a shot, it is your only help.
