Ok well, Why am I doing this?
I personally want to try and give something back to the forum, eg: New Scamming ways, Accounts, exploits etc. But its also a personal gain, meaning I would like to keep a 70 for myself, in which other accounts I will sell splitting the money with my partner.

Experienced-pretty experianced, Ive tried out a bunch of scams, just for kicks when im bored, and most have worked.
Must know the Middleman scam-done it twice, maybe 3 times, If that counts =D

Funny how almost all who wrote here are leechers (Still, I shouldn't say anything since I don't got so much rep anyway).
Oh well, 17 years old, live in Sweden, can both scam US and EU accounts, doesn't really matter. Been scamming for a while now, I fulfill all your needs, got both MSN/Aim.
English skills/Social skills is at the top.

I know virtually every scam posted on these forums. I feel I can execute almost every scam to perfection (given the correct victim)! I would say my strongest scam has to do with phishing. It's not to hard for me to get emails and direct people to my phishing website. I've maybe gotten around 10-20 accounts. Giving away 2-3 accounts on this forum, I don't recall :/.
Lets face it, having a scamming partner would be extremely useful because the success rate would probably be higher than if I was scamming alone. Also, my social skills are pretty well, I can hold a conversation and really "sell" myself to the person I am scamming. I really haven't had a problem with people understanding me during my scams.
NOTE: I will only be available after 4:30 EST due to work constraints.
I would be able to scam almost every night and if we set up a time to scam, you can count on me. I think I'd be a pretty reliable partner! Looking forward to talking to you soon!
