| First of all check your account status. If it's ok, approach the billing support team and ask them what is this related to. Most probably they will tell you that when you cancelled your CC, your bank withdrew the money from their account and what basically happened was that you played a month or so for free and they want their money back. Settle it like a normal customer and billing support are supposed to and you are good to go. If that's not the case, then it most probably is fraud suspicion due to the usage of different CC's (probably from different countries, too). |
