Any way to get an account perma banned easily?

I have an account with a 70 on it and I want to transfer it to a new account without him seeing so that would require me to get the old account banned(since it shows what account you transfer it to)? Is there any way to get the old account banned without a chance of the new account getting banned since it has the same name and everything?

i find the easiest way to do it is to speed hack :P

this here is for a the recent version of wow, just thought u could give it a shot on a private server or something, but just google 2.4.3 in about a weeks time and you should find one no probs

works well and bans quickly haha
