i got the guy to change his email to mine, i changed password and i have his first name, last name, sq and sqa. what else do i have to do to make this account mine?

You pretty much have it, all you are missing are the cd keys.

the best way to go from here, is to buy another set of keys,

original + bc and activate an account with the same last name as the scammed one,

then transfer the character you want to the new account

then permanently ban the scammed account, then your new character is safe

will cost you a bit, but will be worth it with the security
