hey i was wondering if u can purchase stuff with a paypal without a cc. i heard something about making a Canadian paypal but wasn't sure. thanks!

Your wording is kinda confusing but if I am understanding it correctly no you cannot buy stuff with a paypal account without a credit card. I believe when you sign up for paypal you need to put down your credit card info so when you make a purchase it charges your CC.

I do not know anything about Canadian paypal although if I had to take a guess they probley require the same thing when you register on paypal.

Actually Canadian and Australian "residents" get 3000$ spending limit, without need to verify their PP account (read this as "no need to connect a cc or provide a valid address for the account"). But you have to have some money in it to spend


P.S. The tricky part is not getting your PP account limited, after you got the money.
