I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this, One of my accounts the OO has been trying to recall so Blizzard disabled the account until I can send in PhotoID. I remember seeing awhile ago that someone on this forum was doing this service of changing a name on an ID in photoshop. I'm willing to pay for the service and any help is appreciated.

hmmm i guess i would be able to do this, but if the police finds out i am in deep shite. I guess its the same as printing illegal Passports etc isnt it?

Yeah, I found the page where I saw this service being offered.

Basically I need a School ID from NY with a certain name on it so I can fax it in to Blizzard to get my account reactivated.

They closed the account due to incorrect billing issue? I'm not sure if I entered a CC# wrong or what but I've never even heard of it before, apparently it's against the TOS.

I've done this and had success sending in fake ID's to blizz thanks to my awesome photoshop skills.
