Guys,

I have full name and access to an account.
However, i don't have access to their email.

Is there a confirmation email sent to the account's registered email WHEN i try to xfer a character? or is it just simply, set it up, press accept and go all on the browser?

Please confirm.

You will get an e-mail, but you can complete the transfer without access to the e-mail account.
